1. The Contract
By purchasing a course or coaching, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over.
2. Intellectual Property (IP)
All course content, videos, and PDFs are the property of Profit Boss. Your purchase grants a single-user licence for personal use only. Sharing login details, re-recording, or reselling any content is strictly prohibited. Any breach of these terms will result in immediate account termination without a refund and may lead to formal legal action to recover damages for copyright infringement.
3. Refund Policy (Digital Content)
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, by accessing or downloading the digital course content, you express consent to waive your 14-day right to cancel. Refunds are only offered if the digital file is proven to be faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.
4. Earnings Disclaimer
Any success stories or income examples shown on any social medial platform including but not limited to example such as YouTube and Facebook or this site as well as emailed information are for illustrative purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results from our coaching or courses.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
